Meet Jane
Registered Psychologist / Parenting Coach
Jane is a compassionate psychologist, founder of the Tricky Worry program, and a fierce advocate for neurodivergent children and their families.

With a warm, client-centred approach and a deep understanding of how the nervous system works, Jane supports kids and their caregivers to untangle the Tricky Worry—those anxious thoughts that feel overwhelming, confusing, and hard to shift.

As a Circle of Security Parenting facilitator and a mum and stepmum herself, Jane brings both professional expertise and real-world empathy to her work. She specialises in helping families adapt to the unique challenges that come with neurodivergence, anxiety, and emotional regulation difficulties—fostering secure connections and practical tools that actually work.

Jane also works with parents, caregivers, and individuals navigating anxiety, low mood, grief, and times of transition. Her goal is always the same: to meet people where they’re at, help them understand what’s holding them back, and support them in creating change that feels safe, doable, and meaningful.
